Randwick Council is celebrating a major win at the Local Government Professionals Australia Australasian Management Challenge national final.
The event was held earlier this month in Hobart, Tasmania, with the Randwick Council team becoming the first ever NSW to take the national title.
The competition is a simulation-based professional development program where participants pit their leadership, problem-solving and teamwork skills against other council teams.
The winning team (pictured) was Helle Wardle, Haley Vallone, Mitch Horrey, Greg Langley, Brad Rope and Josh Keam.
Randwick Council teams have reached the NSW finals six times since 2010, winning the state title in 2012, 2013 and 2021.
