Orange council hosts retail forum

Members of the Orange business community attended a forum today to discuss how Council and the retail industry can work together to attract more visitors to the region and create a vision for the future of the sector.

Around 20 people attended the forum, which was held at the Orange Civic Centre this morning.

“The Orange Retail Forum was held to discuss how Council and the retail industry can work together to attract more people to Orange and increase customer spend, create a vision for the future of the retail industry and identify opportunities on how to get there,” Orange City Council said in a statement.

The forum was run by retail industry consultancy Retail Oasis, who worked with attendees to help develop strategies to support the retail industry over the coming years.
