City of Moreton Bay Council has kicked off construction on a new Caboolture Rugby League clubhouse, home of the Caboolture Snakes.
The major upgrade will replace the ageing clubhouse and deliver modern, accessible and inclusive facilities for the 2,000 players who use the grounds each year, along with families, volunteers and spectators.
The project will be delivered in two stages and includes:
- New club offices
- Modern change rooms (including fully accessible and female-friendly spaces)
- Public amenities
- Kitchen and canteen
- Tiered outdoor seating for spectators
- Upgraded water and sewer infrastructure to support future precinct growth

Council says the upgrade will also benefit other clubs who share the precinct, including table tennis and boxing.
Stage 1 is expected to complete in mid-2027 with Stage 2 finishing mid-2028.
This project is funded by the Australian Government under the Investing in Our Communities Program and City of Moreton Bay Council.
