Victoria’s Cardinia Shire Council has launched a new online booking request site: Booking Cardinia.
Council says members of the community can save time using the portal to enquire about venue hire, by finding venue availability, location, capacity and amenities online.
Cardinia Shire Mayor, Councillor Tammy Radford, said there was a range of indoor and outdoor spaces available for hire.
“We encourage the community to utilise these spaces, including community halls, meeting rooms, sporting social rooms, and spaces in parks and reserves. We’re lucky to have a range of facilities available to us.”
The Mayor said booking requests will be followed up by Council staff.
