Willoughby City Council is set to host a unique Preloved Fashion Pop-Up event this month, aimed at promoting sustainable fashion.
The Council says the event will be an afternoon of eco-friendly shopping where attendees can explore a carefully curated selection of pre-owned clothing and accessories from local charity stores, including Vinnies and Lifeline.
The event will also feature an on-hand sewing expert available for quick fixes on items brought by attendees.
“Events like this help to inspire a shift in how we approach consumption and style,” said Willoughby Mayor, Tanya Taylor.
“Choosing sustainable fashion is a powerful way for our community to make a positive impact. I’m proud to see Willoughby leading the way.”
