Australian apprentices and employers can now manage apprenticeship details, incentive claims and financial supports through the Apprenticeships Data Management System, a single secure online platform used nationwide.
The system, known as ADMS, brings together key apprenticeship services in one place, reducing paperwork and giving users clearer visibility of claims and support throughout the training journey.
What apprentices and employers can do in ADMS:
- View and submit claim applications for apprenticeship incentives
- Track claim progress with clear status updates
- Apply for financial supports, including:
- Australian Apprenticeship Support Loans
- Living Away from Home Allowance
- Message their Apprentice Connect Australia Provider directly within the platform
- Update bank account details securely
Individual logins are available for apprentices, employers, training providers, state and territory authority users, suppliers, subcontractors, Australian Skills Guarantee users and system administrators. Business users access the system through Digital ID.
Guides, fact sheets and video tutorials are available to help apprentices and employers use ADMS. Personalised assistance is also available through local Apprentice Connect Australia Providers or by calling the Skilling Hotline on 1800 020 108.
