Applications for Maroondah City Council’s James N Stevens Scholarship are now open and will be accepted until Friday 4 November.
Mayor of Maroondah, Mike Symon said the scholarship was a great opportunity for a local tertiary student.
“The James N Stevens Scholarship is a fantastic opportunity for a Maroondah student to undertake a practical placement within Maroondah City Council’s Corporate Services Directorate,” the Mayor said.
“The placement will provide the recipient with invaluable development opportunities, including practical work experience in their chosen field and the chance to gain insights into careers within Local Government.
“I’d encourage eligible students to apply for this rare and wonderful opportunity.”
