COMPLETE, a long-term supporter of the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia, has strengthened its ongoing relationship with IPWEA by committing to the Gold Sponsorship of the next three International Public Works Conferences, starting with this year’s IPWC in November.
IPWEA’s relationship with COMPLETE began when it first sponsored the international conference back in 2009 and the company has continued its high- level support since.
COMPLETE have regularly been the highest bidder at the Gala Dinner Magic Tie auction, sharing the mantle with Komatsu and Brighton Council from Tasmania, with proceeds going to the charity RedR.
“The relationship has stood the test of time and we are proud to continue our friendship with COMPLETE for the next six years,” said IPWEA Australasia’s Chief Executive Officer, David Jenkins.
Having commenced operation in 1999 in the United Kingdom, COMPLETE now designs and delivers Public Works for Government across four key categories – Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Engineering and Management.
With origins in Project Management and Engineering services, COMPLETE fulfills the need for a single source consultancy, accountable for the delivery of public domain.
Australian operations commenced in early 2002 and have significantly expanded since.
Director, Scott Williams said that the company had engaged at a high level with IPWEA for the past 12 years.
“It’s a long-standing relationship that provides the perfect platform for Government to engage with the private sector in a mutually beneficial manner,” he said.
“IPWEA has always been a very good organisation to be engaged with, it’s a professional institute, and allows the key decision makers from local government to ask open questions about the best way to deliver public works.”
The IPWEA International Public Works conference will be held in Adelaide from 31 October to 4 November 2021. For further information on sponsorship opportunities visit www.ipwc.com.au
