Camden Paws in the Park ready for walkies


Camden Council’s Paws in the Park, is just around the corner – with local dogs and their owners being welcomed to join the fun on Sunday 5 May, 10am-2pm, at Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park.

The free event will include:
– The Pawtastic Parade;
– Two-kilometre fun-walk;
– Pet and general product stalls;
– Free obedience sessions;
– Free health checks by Uni Vets Camden;
– Activities and doggy demonstrations;
– Roving entertainment;
– Pip and Paws Photobooth;
– Activities for families and an inclusive space;
– Visit from Chase from Paw Patrol.

Mayor of Camden, Ashleigh Cagney, said she was excited to see everyone, and their pups at the event.

“This is such a popular event in Camden as there are so many exciting events on that cater to everyone – owners, kids and pups!” she said.

“I encourage all dog lovers to join us at Paws in the Park – you won’t want to miss it.”
