Townsville City Council has today resolved to appoint a Council officer to the board of North Rail Yard Developments.
North Rail Yards Developments was established by Council to facilitate the remediation and development of the North Rail Yards site.
The inclusion of a board member who is a member of Council will ensure that North Rail Yard Developments Pty Ltd remains well-positioned for success.
The North Rail Yards project is part of Council’s plan to activate Townsville’s Waterfront Priority Development Area.
