Kiama Municipal Council has finalised the sale of a carpark on Akuna Street.
Council has sold the southern Akuna Street property to Eazy Cleaning PTY Limited (Twinstars HGB) for $6,080,000 (including GST).
The final settlement of the property followed the same open and selective tender processes as that used for the first set of Akuna St landholdings, which was sold in December 2022, Council said in a statement.
The revenue from the sale, as with the previous sale, will be used to achieve the objectives of Council’s Strategic Improvement Plan, Long Term Financial Plan and Liquidity Plan, it said.
