Great communication starts long before the tactics. This course provides you with a clear framework for results-driven strategies.
Many communication efforts fall short because they jump straight to tactics. A strong and strategic communication plan defines the problem, identifies the right audiences, and establishes how success will be measured before we start talking tactics.
This new and improved 3-week program gives communication and PR professionals a clear, structured framework for building strategies that are purposeful, targeted and results-driven.
Through expert instruction, discussion and interactive exercises grounded in real Australian corporate, government and not-for-profit scenarios, you’ll leave with a practical approach you can apply immediately, no matter your sector or the size of your organisation.
