She has secured multimillion-dollar government contributions through sustained advocacy campaigns, advised ministerial teams, coached executives for international media appearances, and led communications strategy and implementation across central and local government. 

Her work has received national recognition, and in 2019 she received the highest honour awarded to a graduating participant in the Accreditation in Public Relations program. 

In 2026, Shanna founded Measured Advisory, a strategic communications consultancy specialising in public sector reputation. Her work sits at the intersection of strategic communications, organisational insight and behavioural science.
