CANCELLATION POLICY
The LGNSW Learning & Development team conducts this event on a cost recovery basis and therefore cannot refund fees for non-attendance. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations will be refunded (less a $110 administration fee), if made before 5pm, Friday 20 September 2024. No refund will be given after that date.
Tickets cannot be shared between delegates or days. Individuals will be charged at the full day rate of $990 (incl GST) if they arrive on the day without prior written notice.
