The Annual Advocacy Report 2024/25 presents a comprehensive overview of Council’s advocacy efforts throughout the past financial year. It highlights the key issues championed, the strategic partnerships formed, and the tangible outcomes delivered for the community.
“This report reflects Council’s ongoing commitment to amplifying the voices and needs of our residents across all levels of government and sectors,” the Council said in a statement.
“It also reinforces our dedication to transparency by ensuring that, wherever appropriate, decision-making processes, policy development, and the supporting data and information are made publicly accessible for the benefit of the community.”
Council says the report highlights several major achievements, including successful funding applications, new partnerships, and progress on critical infrastructure projects.Â
