Bayside City Council CEO, Mick Cummins, has announced his resignation after more than six years in the role and 12 with the organisation.
Mr Cummins (pictured) has worked in local government for 43 years.
Bayside Mayor, Hanna El Mouallem said Mr Cummins had made an outstanding contribution to Bayside and delivered sector leading services to the Bayside community.
“It has been a privilege to work alongside Mick for nearly four and a half years,” he said.
“I have seen firsthand how effective his leadership has been for Bayside and we have shared many common goals and a commitment to making Bayside better.”
