The future of Greater Geelong’s Bell Park Sports Club is looking brighter than ever up thanks to a state-of-the-art $397,000 lighting upgrade.
A suite of new LED lights are set to take the playing and training experience to a whole new level for the soccer club.
Greater Geelong Council says the works will mean increased playing and training opportunities at the facility and will also cater to the growing demand of women’s participation in the sport.
Funding for the upgrade was provided by Council ($39,500) and the Victorian Government ($357,500) through the Community Sports Infrastructure Stimulus Program.
