Melbourne’s Eastern Region Communities’ Council on Ethnic Issues (CCOEI) will explore the role of local councils in migrant settlement and multicultural affairs at their next Migrant Settlement Committee (MSC) Zoom meeting on the morning of Friday, 6 August.
Keynote speaker at the meeting will be Welcoming Cities CEO Aleem Ali, along with the Victorian Local Governance Association’s Deborah Wu.
If you are not a regular MSC participant but would like to join the Zoom meeting, email the MSC Convenor at chair.msc@gmail.com with ‘Migrant Settlement Committee’ in the title. CCOEI will forward the Zoom link and meeting papers prior to the meeting.
The Zoom meeting will be held from 9.30am to 11am on 6 August.
