Transport for NSW (TfNSW) has announced a series of Regional Safety Summits to create common safety objectives between local government and TfNSW.
The goal of the summits is to build a solid base on which TfNSW and councils can build a united and enduring safety culture.
The Regional Safety Summits are designed for council staff and managers, while the Executive Summit in Sydney in October is for mayors, general managers and executive staff.
All regional NSW councils are invited to attend the Regional Safety Summits to learn about how TfNSW can improve work site safety across the board.
Nine summits will be held across regional NSW:
- Bathurst – Tuesday 30 May
- Dubbo – Thursday 1 June
- Bourke – Wednesday 7 June
- Coffs Harbour – Thursday 15 June
- Tamworth – Tuesday 20 June
- Cessnock – Thursday 22 June
- Ulladulla – Tuesday 27 June
- Queanbeyan – Thursday 29 June
- Griffith – Wednesday 5 July
More information on the Sydney event will be issued soon by TfNSW.
