Snowy Monaro Regional Council CEO, Peter Bascomb, has today accepted the resignation of Councillor John Last.
Mayor Narelle Davis thanked Councillor Last for his service and commitment to serving the community.
She said Councillor Last was elected to Council in 2017 and argued strongly for the matters he believed important.
A countback process by the NSW Electoral Commission will now be undertaken to determine a replacement councillor.
