The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) is reviewing cost and price proposals submitted by WaterNSW and Water Administration Ministerial Corporation (WAMC) for the period 2025-2030.
IPART is seeking feedback and written submissions from councils and local water utilities on the pricing proposals in response to the Issues Paper (due 9 December 2024).
IPART will also hold an online public hearing on 14 November 2024.
