WA’s Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage is inviting feedback on a proposed social and affordable apartment housing development in Bassendean.
The proposal for Residential Apartments (Social and Affordable Housing) at No. 1 Park Lane is being assessed under the Metropolitan Region Scheme, and public consultation forms an important part of the planning process.
The proposed development includes:
- 73 social and affordable housing apartments;
- One incidental office;
- Indoor and outdoor communal spaces for residents;
- On-site parking, including 54 standard car bays and 46 bicycle bays;
- Landscaping and ancillary service areas.
The development aims to provide social and affordable housing while incorporating shared spaces and active transport facilities.
