Kiama Council has begun the Expressions of Interest process for the sale of Council’s landholding at Akuna Street.
In a statement, Council said anyone who wished to express their interest in buying the property could do so via its tendering portal.
Tim Grosmann from Savills Sydney has been appointed by Kiama Council as marketing agent for sale of the land (by public tender) process.
The landholdings to be included in the tender for sale are:
Lot 200 DP1017091
Lot 100 DP1211384
Lot 1 DP506764
Lot 1 DP50193
Invitation to tender for the purchase of the land will take place following the EOI, Council said.
