Coffs Harbour City Council says its Centre Masterplan Committee is now at full strength following the appointment of Byron Gowing and Peter Nevell.
The committee assists the Council to achieve the vision of the City Centre Masterplan, which includes a focus on revitalising the CBD to stimulate economic activity.
In accordance with the City’s Management of Committees Policy, Council resolved to refresh the body in March.
At its September meeting, Council endorsed the appointments of Mr Gowing and Mr Nevell – who are both landowners of property valued at greater than $1 million – to the City Centre Masterplan Committee.
