Serving as a Councillor since 1999 and Mayor since 2013, Cr Greenhill received a 20 Year Long Service Award.
Cr Greenhill is the longest-serving Mayor of the Blue Mountains. He has previously been awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for his outstanding contributions to local government and the community.
Cr Hollywood, who received the 10 Year Long Service Award, was first elected to Council in 2012. Also receiving the 10 Year Long Service Award was Cr Mick Fell. Cr Fell, first elected in 2012, has been a cornerstone of the community, especially during the recovery from the devastating 2013 bushfires. He has contributed to the development of cultural infrastructure, and the preservation of the unique character of the Mountains through his work on the Local Environmental Plan.

Blue Mountains City Council CEO, Rosemary Dillon said it was a privilege to recognise the service of these Councillors.
“It is with great pride that we honour these dedicated individuals who have given so much to our community,” Dr Dillon said.
“Their service has helped shape our city and has made a tangible difference in the lives of so many. I look forward to personally acknowledging their invaluable contributions.”
