Local Government NSW has announced the launch of a new asbestos e-learning package for councils.
This fee-free training is accessible through the NSW EPA Learning online learning portal.
Modules are available across all of councils’ roles and responsibilities for asbestos in the community, including waste management, development assessment, contaminated land, naturally occurring asbestos, and emergencies and incidents.
To access this fee-free training opportunity, register with your council email address at learning.epa.nsw.gov.au and search for “council” in Find Learning once you have created your user account.
